About Direct Stairlifts

We are an independent stairlift company based in Nottingham who supply and install nationwide a range of  stairlifts for both purchase or rental.                                                                                                  

Since establishing Direct Stairlifts in 2007, we are very proud of the speedy and ethical service we are able to offer our customers.

We constantly strive to offer excellent service from initial contact through to after installation support.

We are delighted that Direct Stairlifts continues to develop through reputation and referrals through the relationships we build with our clients.

How we work

Direct Stairlifts Ltd have a policy of not employing direct sales people.

We feel that the sales environment in someones home is not always ideal for some people,                                                                                                                                                            

so after your first initial phone call to one of our team  we will put together an information package,

together with all the prices for all the relevant products,                                                              

then simply post to you at your request. However if you do wish for a representative to call and visit then

we can arrange to go through the literature with you and answer any questions you may have.
